How it works
1. Please read the TOS. any questions can be directed to [email protected] or @buttooti on instagram.2. after you place your commission order on KO-FI. i will get back to you via email / instagram regarding your commission as soon as I can.3. once details are settled, i will begin your commission.4. a sketch will be sent and you may ask me to alter the sketch to better fit your liking. a maximum of 3 revisions during the sketch stage will be allowed.5. i will complete the commission and email it to you a lower res image to reconfirm. after you review the lower res image, only very minor changes will be allowed once completed commission is sent.6. after everything is confirmed, i will send the commission for production & email you the high resolution PNG.

Copyright and Usage
the artist
1. i retain all rights to the finished commission and preliminary materials produced during the working process, which include but is not limited to:
distribution & reproduction, self-promotion, display on public sites & portfolio as commission samples.2. i do not claim ownership over the
characters featured in the commissions.3. i reserve the right to decline
your commission request.4. i reserve the right to alter my
Terms of Service at anytime without prior notice.
New rules will not be applied retroactively and
won't affect commissions taken on older terms.
the client
1. commissions are for personal use only.
personal use includes gifts, wallpapers, personal prints, icons, headers, profile pictures, posts on social media with credit (attributed to any of my social media accounts).2. do not use preliminary materials (work-in-progress images) produced during the working process for any other purpose besides aiding in the completion of the commission, that includes using them as samples to commission other artists, tracing, editing, and/or redistributing.3. finished commission and preliminary materials produced during the working process may not be used for AI (artificial intelligence, machine learning, AI/ML training, or any for profit platforms or purposes), or any blockchain related technology which includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.4. do NOT claim the artwork as your own.
Refund Policy
1. a full refund will be given if i am unable to complete a commission for any reason.2. cancellations once a sketch has already been sent will be given a partial refund amounting to 30% of the commission price.3. for cancellations after partial completion of the commission, artist shall retain ownership of all rights of copyright and the original artwork, including but not limited to completed artwork, sketches, and comps. client may not post/use/or otherwise distribute the commission and any preliminary materials produced in any way, shape or form.4. no refunds for cancellations after sketch has been approved.
process
1. place the commission on my KO-FI.2. if original characters are requested, it is required to provide clear visual references of the characters. visual references in conjunction with text references would be appreciated.3. after you receive your ko-fi order confirmation, i will re-confirm your order with you via email or instagram.4. you will receive a sketch. this is where you may request major changes (e.g. poses, etc.).5. after the sketch is approved, you will be sent a lower res image of your commission. at this stage, only slight alteration can be done (e.g. hue changes, small details etc.).6. after everything is confirmed, i will email you the high resolution PNG.7. maximum of 3 rounds of revisions in the sketch stage and 2 revisions in the final stage. anything beyond the 5 revisions will incur additional fees.8. max turn around time for the artwork is 2 months unless a deadline is otherwise agreed upon.9. you may request an earlier deadline for a rush fee depending on how quickly you would like to receive it.if you have read and agree to the terms of service, and would like to order a commission, please follow this link to my KO-FI:
